We first met Dwight about eight years ago or so. He had been referred to us by a co-worker for computer “help”. The co-worker in describing Dwight stated, “He talks to you on your level so that you can understand. And, he's a very nice person.”
Dwight has certainly lived up to that description. We have been seeking Dwight's help since regarding any personal or business issues we're having with our computers and input when we're shopping for new computers. In addition, he is always very timely and makes a point in working around our schedules, i.e., our dropping off a computer when we travel to Anchorage from our home in Wasilla and his having completed the work and having it ready for our pick up when we're ready to go home.
In addition, he's just a phone call or email away with any computer questions or issues we're having. He is certain to apprise us of any issues we should be aware of and furnishes the necessary direction to avoid those issues.
My husband and I are in our late 60's and truly appreciate Dwight as our “computer guru”. We have highly recommended him to any family or friends.

Dwight Blackburn has maintained our personal computer for more than five years. Whenever the computer didn't do right we just called Dwight , Problem solved.. Dwight not only knew how to get it up and running in short order, he also is very adept in tutoring us on how to operate it. We learned many new things about computers from Dwight.
I have recommended Dwight to my extended family and to many friends. All are happy with his ability to quickly access the problem and get their computer up and running.
Dwight has always been very punctual, showing up at the appointed time. As always he has an excellent work ethic

I have known Dwight for many years. We worked together for a regional airline in Alaska where Dwight was a pilot as well as a flight and ground instructor. He has always been meticulous and detailed oriented. He developed a way of teaching that made the subject interesting and easy to understand.
As he progressed in his career he became a computer technician, which I thought was a perfect fit for a person with his unique qualifications. He has an unusual ability to dissect problems and convey them in layman's terms.
I am definitely a layman. As a recently retired person I find myself using my computer more than ever. I am not knowledgeable on computer technicalities or the least bit patient. Dwight has helped me through some tough problems as well as some simple snags. He has always been accessible, usually with just a phone call. Being I retired in California I thought I would need a local technician, but found that not to be the case at all.
Retirement has also taught me to be more frugal. Dwight is always mindful of this and, whenever possible, steers me toward free internet services.
He has developed the ability that he learned early in his career as an instructor to easily communicate with his clients. He is also very knowledgeable in computer science. I haven't come close to providing him a problem he couldn't remedy. I give Dwight my highest recommendation for either business or personal computer service.
